Safety & Installation Guidelines:

• Clearance: When suspended, ensure the bottom of the guard maintains a clearance of at least 2 inches (5 cm) away from the substrate, flooring, perches, or surrounding enclosure furnishings.
• Burn-In Period: Initial heating of new ceramic elements may produce a temporary odor as factory protective coatings evaporate. Run the heater in a well-ventilated room or outside the pet enclosure for 1 to 2 hours prior to final setup.
